We are already a favorite among downtown Miami locals, with a
fine dining lunch atmosphere serving amazing Mediterranean
dishes, exotic fresh seafood like "Moqueca de Frutos del Mare"
(Mediterranean Seafood Casserole), or "Corvina ao Sogliola" (pan
fried fresh filet of lemon Sea Bass sautéed in lemon caper sauce
with artichoke hearts), and of course traditional middle eastern
dishes like Shish Kabobs, Kafta, Kibbeh, Grape leaves, salads
and daily vegan dishes.
Chef George’s cuisine
originates in Morocco and the Mediterranean where an abundance
of vegetables, fruits, meats and seafood are gathered
daily. Our cuisine reflects these influences from
Lebanon to the Rock of Gibraltar in southern Spain. The flavors
include olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, lemon, eggplants, honey,
fennel, aromatics, and so much more. The ingredients are not
strange or exotic, but really quite familiar. However, the
flavors are intoxicating.
